SAGE BISTRO offers an attractively unique — and uniquely Bajan — dining experience.
From the moment you walk in you can tell you are in for an experience you’d be hard-pressed to find elsewhere. Our decor pulls from the tropically beautiful elements of the island, putting modern spins on nature-based themes of woods and greenery. Our space’s layout is open yet intimate, with sections to accommodate single diners in a variety of nooks, to larger parties in the open-air yet sheltered main dining area.
The food menu as well offers creative takes on many traditional dishes — such as the crispy fried flying fish sandwich, or a fish of the day such as dolphin, served with okra and plantain — as well as expert execution of more global staples, such as our popular cheeseburger or a hearty yet light eggs Benedict. Our kitchen staff take great pride in making your eyes, palates, appetites, and souls very happy.

Our owners were attracted to this space seeing a great opportunity to create environment that would be uniquely Bajan in modern scope and attractive to the Christ Church area and to customers seeking a one-of-a-kind experience.
